At Unbed App, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium electronics, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all original items. Please ensure all devices are factory reset and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Unbed App account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Back up your data and perform a factory reset to remove personal information, then pack the device securely in its original box with all included cables and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and authenticity of the electronic component, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
